don't lean down just yet, or else all you are getting are skinny abs. To build definite abs, you must train and target the abdominal muscles. Remember, the lower abs are chained to your front pelvis whilst the top abs are linked to your lower sternum (chest bone in middle), so move your body in ways that stimulate said muscle for mass.
