真的想減肥 先做好飲控吧
有冇人試過做重量,好快就會乏力,然後動作走形。但明明肌肉冇明顯痠痛感,之後都冇特別DOMS,做緊既時候又冇好明顯既燃燒感。 有冇大神知點解決:disappointed:
